- Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a service up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.
- No-Show Policy: If the service provider arrives at the location and you are unavailable, a "no-show" fee may be applied.

- Pricing: Prices for services are listed on our platform and may vary based on location and service type.
- Invoicing and Receipts: After the service is completed, you will receive an electronic invoice/receipt via email.

Chill Mama aims to provide high-quality service. However, if you are not satisfied, you must report the issue within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve it promptly. Refunds and credits are considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Liability
Chill Mama is not liable for any property damage, loss, or injury that may occur during the provision of services unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by Chill Mama or its representatives.
Chill Mama does not accept liability for any damages arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
